Review: ★★★☆☆

Willa and her mom bravely race towards Chicago to save the city from certain doom and butterflies. Lucas leads the farmers to revenge themselves upon the city folk. The story has come to terms with the planet not being able to be “fixed”. Our characters come up with a great idea to solve the bug problem and move on. It’s a great team building event This is the end of the arc to this part of the story. Honestly, I been a huge fan of Skyward(even if I’m a little behind), but I felt the issue is rushed overly so. It was too simple an ending…or not cost or loss to the battle. Willa has been through a lot and it was nice to see her character grow and be prepared for her next adventure. Lee Garbett’s art is continually fun and exciting to see. He manages to continue to challenge himself with odd figure drawings floating in space. He pulls it off well. It’ll be interesting to see where the story goes from here.
