Did ya see that? We got to return to Hawkman #2. I don’t want to spoil the book, when I could just say read the thing. Hawkman is on quest to stop a god from destroying the world. His travels take him to a London Museum and a strange mystery unfolds. Let’s just say Carter Hall has somewhat of a flashback situation. It’s well illustrated sequence that Bryan Hitch has put together that well depicts the era of time. It also provides Hawkman a further clue to what could be occurring to the character. There was a brief mention of Hawkgirl in the book, but it was a tease. The comic continues to be a fabulous read and is developing very nicely. I admit it took me some time to put together a review based on, if I would keep interest in the character. I’m actually enjoying the revisit to the character. I anticipate the next couple of issues to be entertaining.
