Let it be said I did my best to properly represent how much I have enjoyed this series over the last 12 issues. I did not want to write this review because I did not want it to end. Extremity was a fun and intense book to read. We have come to a point where the warring clans have to defeat the now larger than life Shiloh. I wanted a huge team-up between to two clans and see the monster defeated. We get some of that huge battle that seems never-ending. An ending seeing the head of clans go toe to toe and bloody battle. It’s all fantastic, except, time. The course of these two clans has been set in stone. They will never come to terms because that is who they are. They are meant to fight til the end and history will continue to repeat itself. Johnson’s story has a much greater meaning with the way people never change. Even down to the bloody end when the queen still fights, even she was just saved by Rolo. I hated to see this story end but then I realized it would never end and that’s the lesson we all get to hopefully learn.
