Review: ★★★★☆

The second Forces of Destiny issue gives us the additional adventures of our favorite scavenger, Rey. The story revolves around the point where Rey has rescued BB-8 from Teebo. It’s a clever little story that provides more bonding time between BB-8 and Rey. The book actually gives us an excellent look at a Nightwatcher creature. It’s nice that Jody Houser comes up with the little detail about this creature that actually consumes metal. There’s  a nice little homage to Empire Strikes Back. The remainder of the story is Rey trying to get away from Teebo, who is trying to get BB-8 back. The art is comes off just like the animated short and very suited for the story. These One-Shot comics continue to be fun for core Star Wars fans and younger fans of the new movies.
