A whole lot of trouble is heading Aric’s way. At least that’s what we’ve been led to believe after the last issue. However, a problem arises when you think about how powerful Aric is and all of the enemies he’s overcome. How can some mercenaries have any hope of taking him on? Well Kindt tries to give an argument here for his upcoming adversaries, showing them completely destroying a couple of planets during two jail breaks. That certainly gives them some quick precedent to show they might actually be able to give Aric a decent fight. But considering the story is based around one person breaking out the rest of his team, how good could they actually be if three of them were in prisons to begin with? Its something will have to see, but it still was a worthy back story to show us what danger is heading to Aric’s planet. The only thing to really complain about it the issue comes from Guedes’ art. His style is actually quite beautiful, but the color choices make it hard to see the detail or even what’s happening in certain panels. It gives off the desired alien look, just it does it a little too much.
