Review:  ★★★★☆

The Enterprise’s mission has usually been one of exploration of new worlds and discovering new life forms. Byrne does just that with this issue. The crew has some difficultly contacting Polymax VIII only to find the planet covered completely with water. The mystery doesn’t get any better for the ship as the story progresses. As always Byrne does of fantastic job of finding just the right image to incorporate within the story. He uses his skill to add breathing devices to the crew. The story’s antagonist is somewhat humorous I must admit but otherwise the book is an excellent read. Byrne does his best to extend the life of the Enterprise. We look forward to each episode.
