Review: ★★★☆☆

IDW continues it’s run on Star Trek Boldly Go with the adventures of James T Kirk and the crew of the Endeavour, as this continues the stories of the Kirk from the current movie series. Kirk has run into an old girl friend by the name of Eurydice.  The story is very much like a mix of a couple of older Star Trek stories. It gives the book a little nostalgia, except this story lacks Spock and Uhura. Eurydice and her daughter balance out the story nicely though. Megan Levens artwork is solid work, but this is Star Trek so I think sharper design and pencils would be an excellent step up. The series is nice set of short stories which adds to the depth of the Star Trek Universe.
