Review: ★★★☆☆

Since the 90’s Venom has been one of the highest profile villains of the Marvel Universe. It was an excellent idea to take the character in another direction and make Eddie Brock a protector of the innocent. Recently he has encountered a group of underground human that were turned into talking dinosaurs. This sort of thing tends to ttract the wrong kind of attention. Enter our villain: Kraven the Hunter. Personally I normally wouldn’t read a Venom comic, but Kraven hunting a weakened Venom, well I’m all on board. Mark Bagley’s artwork continues to shine. Why they can’t work this guy to death is beyond me, just have him on everything.  Yes, I’ve been a fan for a minute or two. His art and page design is beautiful. Mike Costa also takes Eddie back to his roots by seeing if he can get a job as a reported again. The name he uses for the gig is priceless. Its easily one of the most entertaining Venom comics in years.
