Review: ★★★★☆

If it’s one thing this comic does not have is a lack of action. This issue picks up where Wynonna and the Bandits (her old biker gang) are held up at the Bloody Porch (what a name). It’s a last stand scenario that gives each of our characters one to two pages of bloody action. Angel Hernandez does a fantastic job illustrating the carnage as it happens. I want to say that the battle almost seems so casual until they blow up one of Doc Holiday’s battle mates. Our villain’s only quest is to claim the key from around Wynonna’s neck to unlock the gates of hell (his words). Keegan points out that it’s your friends that do more damage than your enemies. Overall this is nice build up to the next issue. It has lots of action and end with a nasty choice and a cliffhanger.
