Review: ★★★☆☆

Who’s on board with this one? Youngblood was released 25 years ago with the beginnings of Image Comics. My experience with Youngblood has never really been a great series. Still, I wanted to go in giving it a chance.  Our story has new, colorful, and interesting characters. The characters have this app they use to fight crime or when someone needs help. It’s a clever use of the internet. We get to catch up with President Diehard and his wife Vogue. They are attempting to deal with issues of superhero/vigilantes. Badrock and Shaft also return to the fold to create more credibility to the Youngblood name. Rob Liefield himself does a small back story to tie-up some loose ends. Youngblood Reborn has to possibility to return to illustrated greatness and be a solid superhero book.  The first issue is actually off to a good start, so maybe the world is ready for Youngblood again after all.
