Review:  ★★★☆☆

After last issues big cliffhanger with the coming of their baby, the actual result is a bit of a let down.  We’re lead to believe the baby is one thing, giving Angel ample opportunity to accuse Maxine of sleeping around.  Then in something that is purely bait and switch on the characters and us, the readers, the baby turns out another way a little ways later.  It’s a quick about-face that only served for shock value and little else.  With the distraction of the birth, Dart takes the opportunity to find and seduce Barry to further her plans.  It certainly isn’t going to be good for Malcolm and his family, as the end of the issue once again gives us a shocking cliff hanger.  The issue at least righted itself by after a frustrating beginning, but it still doesn’t make up for that initial frustration.
