Review:  ★★★★☆

A brutal fight?  Check.  Drama?  Check,  A cliffhanger birth?  Check.  The series always finds a wide range of elements to throw together and make work;  this issue is no exception.  Malcolm gets called in to fight a demonoid, but things take a twist when the demonoids wife and children get involved.  It broaches an interesting subject of the collateral left behind after Malcolm starts punching, yet it gets glossed over faster than it should have.  It could have been a wonderful look into the greys superheroes enter that I wish Larsen would have fully dove into.  As for the drama, Angel learns that though she had an abortion, her baby may have survived due to Malcolm’s genetics.  If this weren’t enough Maxine goes into labor and its possible not everything is alright with the baby.  For that we’re going to have to wait till next issue which can’t come soon enough.
